Overall Review (No spoilers):
I picked this up and read it immediately after I finished the first book. Considering where the first book left off, it was interesting to see how the story would continue. I definitely felt frustrated while reading this one; it was inconsistent not only in how the characters had already started developing but also in the writing itself. I’ll try not to base my review on the ethics of the publishing company, but it felt rushed (you could tell it was rushed and not thought through compared to the first book). I will be giving this a re-read soon to see if I still feel this way..
*** Apparently, the book series is going to be adapted into a series on Amazon, so read it before then!!!!
